PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Provincial Program Manager (PPM) has the responsibility for managing program planning and implementation, management of personnel, M&E, commodity and finance management within the provinces of Katanga and South Kivu. This position is also responsible for ensuring the security, feasibility, and sustainability of the program under their supervision. The PPM is part of a management structure that represents the program to the local government structure and community structures. The PPM shall have a keen understanding of the unique political dynamics in the area and will work carefully and collaboratively with the various political entities in DRC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Result #1 – Provide leadership and direct management of all Provincial FH DRC Programs (70%).
Key Result #2 – Program staff development and partner training (20%).
Key Result #3 – Safety and Security Management (10%).
