International Alert is looking for a consultant to conduct a programmatic and organizational assessment of 11 partner civil society organisations in DRC, Rwanda and Burundi, within the Tushiriki Wote! project (Let’s all participate!) – Building peace through women’s economic empowerment and participation.
The consultant will revise the existing programmatic and organizational assessment format, will develop the methodology for and conduct the assessment, and will submit a report with the main recommendations, including a capacity needs assessment of each organisation (training or otherwise).
The consultant is required to have a minimum 5 years of progressively relevant professional experience in conducting evaluations.

International Alert cherche un/e consultant/e pourconduire une évaluation organisationnelle et programmatique des 11 organisations locales partenaires du projet «Tushiriki Wote: Consolidation de la paix à travers le renforcement économique et la participation des femmes», basées en RDC, au Rwanda et au Burundi. Sur base de cette évaluation, le consultante/e devra aussi faire un analyse de besoins de renforcement de capacités de ces partenaires pour les trois prochaines années.
Le consultant va réviser le canevas existant, développer la méthodologie, conduire l’évaluation et produire un rapport avec les principales recommandations, en incluant une analyse de besoins de renforcement de capacités de ces partenaires.
Le consultant doit avoir une expérience progressive d’au moins 5 ans dans les évaluations qualitatives des organisations ou de projets de développement ou de consolidation de la paix.
