II. Country
Position available in : Afghanistan ; Irak; Democratic Republic of the Congo ; South Sudan; Niger; Jordan.
III. Position
Objectives:
Contribute actively to ACTED’s positioning in the country and ensure the funding of ACTED’s programming strategy;
Ensure good donor relations through proper, qualitative and timely grant management;
Facilitate internal coordination and communication and ensure the Project Development Department (PDD) operates in an effective manner;
Raise ACTED’s profile and credibility with external stakeholders by communicating a positive image of ACTED’s activities and engagements in the country.

IV. Required qualifications :
Bachelor or Master in Political Science, International Relations, International Development or equivalent
Demonstrated management skills
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Strong representation and advocacy skills
Demonstrated expertise in projects design, proposal development and reporting
V. Conditions :
Salary range of 24,000 – 36,000 EUR net per annum (without possible income tax deduction) based on educational level, responsibility and security
On top of salary, comprehensive medical, life, and repatriation insurance as well as retirement and unemployment package based on the French social security system
25 – 40 days of holiday depending on country
Monthly living allowance of 300 USD
Lodging in an ACTED Guesthouse + Food taken in charge by ACTED
Contribution to housing allowance possible, depending on the country(50% to total costs of rent up to set limits)
Transportation costs covered, including return ticket every 6 months and 100kg luggage allowance
1 year contract
Position based in the capital of the country
